All students intending to attend Toccoa Falls College and major in teacher education must sign this form attesting to their certification plans within the state of Georgia according to the new regulations posted by the US Department of Education. The regulations are summarized as follows:

In late 2023, the Federal Government passed new regulations regarding all programs that lead to licensure. Our analysis of individual states’ licensure requirements indicates that an initial Georgia teaching license and a completed bachelor’s degree in education from Toccoa Falls College will allow you to apply for a teaching license in the following states:
